  • I’ve been contacted by APS Greece. What should I do?

    APS Recovery Greece is a credit servicing company under law 4354/2015. We help in arranging viable agreements with customers who are delinquent on their payments. If one of our representatives contacted you, most likely it will concern an unpaid debt, which we would like to help you settle through its repayment. For details or help regarding your debt, we suggest that you contact our customer service line, as soon as possible, for an optimal definitive settlement solution with a one-off repayment or with partial payments of your debt with the greatest financial benefits for you.

  • I don’t have a debt with APS.

    The debt we have contacted you about may not be directly related to APS Recovery Greece. We are a credit servicing company under law 4354/2015, and consequently we work with many other partners, towards which you may have an overdue debt.

    Your debt may:

    1. Be related to a current or previous service provider you used, such as a bank, insurance company, phone operator, utility company or other company. In this case, we are calling you on behalf of the service provider.
    2. Belong to a company that purchased your debt from the original service provider.
    3. Have been purchased by APS.

    If you don’t fit to any of these situations, contact us to our customer line and we will look into the matter.

  • How can APS help me resolve my debt?

    We understand that anyone can face a life situation that makes paying the full amount difficult. Our main interest is making your debt viable and manageable in the long term. That’s why we are ready to help you in a number of different ways in order to find a payment schedule that suits your current financial situation.

  • What if I don’t have any money to pay my debt and I ignore APS?
